SHIPPING INFO

All items are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in MN. Products usually ship within 1-3 business days. Standard ship time is usually 3-10 business days, but can take up to 30 days due to unforeseen circumstances (inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, etc). We are not responsible for late or lost shipments due to trucking company’s negligence. Lost deliveries will be replaced from HealthSmart, following the appropriate process.  
 

In the event that the availability of a color choice changes, you will be notified by phone or email with an expected lead time. Our fulfillment team will book your shipment within 1-3 days once payment is made and we have your email and phone number. We take the necessary steps to package your order properly prior to the item being shipped. Please allow 2-30 working days transit time once the item has left our facility. Our delivery is a curbside, front door, first floor delivery service only.  

​White-glove delivery service is available for an extra charge. Additional fees apply. Expedited or guaranteed shipping service is available at an additional charge. The standard shipping service is NOT guaranteed within a certain number of days.  If you need the products within a certain amount of time, please pay extra for the expedited/guaranteed service. Delivery will be performed according to the routine of the shipping and delivery company. May be subject to change.

Tracking information will be provided within 2 business days of when the cargo leaves our facility. Projected delivery times are estimated, are not guaranteed, and are susceptible to change. Delivery companies can have sudden setbacks: mechanical difficulties, scarcity on readily available cars and trucks in the terminals, flat tires, weather conditions, etc. COVID-19 is a factor in the delivery times, but can delay shipping without notice as well.

 

In the regrettable occurrence that the product is delivered damaged, damage MUST be noted on the shipping and delivery slip. You must contact us immediately in this event. If the truck driver does not offer enough time for you to inspect the shipment, please write "Subject to Inspection" on the delivery slip. Please do not refuse complete delivery due to damage on any particular item(s). This can delay replacement of broken items and can have extra fees. If an item is damaged, make note of the damage on the delivery slip and take photos. 

Any noted damage will be replaced at no cost to you. If you refuse a replacement product, then you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Please email pictures of the damage and email a copy of the shipping and delivery slip within 24 hours to our warranty team. The easiest and best way for you to get resolution on shipping damage is to be thorough and timely in filing a claim with us.
